The federal government has designated 8-1-1 as the national telephone access number for One-Call, the number to call for utility mark-out prior to digging on your property. In order to comply with this federal regulation, Patriot is changing the number you dial from home to access your voicemail messages.
Beginning this Thursday, April 26th at 12:01 am, you must now dial
1-1-1 in order to access your voicemail messages from your home phone. If you have any questions about this change, Customer Service is available 24/7 at 866-728-1776 to assist you.
